The mean <br /> <br /> <br />annual gross income was estimated to be $8.82 and $26.20 for <br /> <br />present conditions on dry land and irrigated land, respectively. <br /> <br /> <br />Under project conditions the income was estimated to be $41.20, <br /> <br /> <br />an increase of $32.38 for dry land and $15.00 for irrigated <br /> <br />land. <br /> <br />-17- <br />
