The Commission found that: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Deliveries of water at the Colorado - New Mexico state line by Colorado amounted to 286,600 acre- <br />feet in 1994 and the scheduled delivery for the year was 2n,600 acre-feet. The accrued credit of <br />Colorado Was 44,200 acre-feet on January " 1995. The decrease in storage in 1994 in reservoirs in <br />Colorado lXlnstructed after 1937 aggregated 1,200 acre-feet. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Deliveries of water into Elephant Butte Reservoir by New Mexico, as measured by the Elephant Butte <br />Effective Supply, amounted to 950,300 acre-feet in 1994 and the scheduled delivery for the year was <br />B34,600acre-feet. The accrued credit of New MexilXl was 106,900 acre-feet on January " 1995. The <br />decrease in storage in 1994 in reservoirs in New Mexico above San Marcial constructed after 1929 <br />aggregated 31,400 acre-feet. <br /> <br />(c) Releases of usable water in 1994 from Project Storage amounted to 884,100 acre.feet. The accrued <br />departure from normal release on January " 1995, was zero. Actual spill of credil water from Project <br />Storage amounted to 10,000 acre-feel in 1994. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the lXlst of operation and found that the expenses of Ihe administration of Ihe <br />Rio Grande Compact were $126,727 in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1994.
