<br />Page 2 <br /> <br />WATERWAY LAND UTILIZATION PLAN UNVEILED <br /> <br />On November 20, at a public information meeting in Muskogee, the Tulsa District <br />Engineer unveiled the land utilization plan for the publicly owned land along the <br />McClellan-Kerr Waterway. Several significant improvements were noted over that <br />part of the plan which was exposed during pu~lic presentations on the Oklahoma <br />National Recreation Area Proposal.
