The cost of irrigating <br />will vary between management levels because of varying amounts of labor <br />used by the three management levels. Generally, a lower level manager <br />will use more water and require more labor time per acre because of <br />inefficient application of water and/or an inefficient system. Current <br />labor cost (1976 prices) of irrigating at the three management levels <br />will vary as presented in the following tabulation. <br /> <br />21 <br />
