The participating projects con- <br />structed will share in CRSP powcr <br />revenues to help pay for irrigation con- <br />struction costs. Together, the CRSP ancl <br />its pm1icipating projects constitute a pro- <br />gram for development and use of the <br />water resources of the upper Colorado <br />River-a complementary role to that <br />performed by Hoover Dam and the <br /> <br />Boulder Canyon Project for the Lower <br />Basin. <br />The Hoover Dam Story-countless <br />people the world over know it, and <br />millions who directly benefit from this <br />great structure have first-hand acquain- <br />tance with its full meaning. It is a story <br />that has been-and will continue to <br />be- written into the records of our times. <br /> <br />41 <br />
