Utilize CAP water to the extent practicable to achieve this objective. <br /> <br />· Utilize CAP as a water supply source to complete and implement water rights <br />settlements with Indian tribes within the state. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Utilize CAP water to achieve water management goals in urban and rural areas of <br />the state.
