San Juan-Chama diversions are charged to New Mexico. Wells am....n.Qf. included.
2) CRDSS OAIQC will continue to refine these values, but this is our best estimate today.
3) CRDSS run based on 1993 Colorado inigated acres of 133,638. The 5,817 acres identified as
fallow were not considered in the CDRSS consumptive use calculation.
4) SJRIP "Depletion Base" condition is based on depletion levels used in recent Section 7 consultations
for ALP and NIIP with certain "corrections" made by the states of Colorado and New Mexico and
adjustments made to renect natural now study assumptions. These corrections and adjustments have
not been agreed to by participants of the SJRIP nor approved by the USFWS. Therefore, this "depletion
base" should not be construed as the "Environmental Baseline" for purposes of Section 7 Consultation.
