<br />Location.--Water-stage recorder, lat 33008'54", long 107Q12'22", in SW~ sec. 25, T. 13 S., R. 4 H.,
<br />(projected) in Pedro Armendariz Grant, on left bank 1.0 mile downstream from dam and 1.5 miles
<br />upstream from Cuchi110 Negro River. Datum of gage is 4,242.09 ft above mean sea levt:!l, datum of
<br />1929. Prior to April 23, 1942 at several different sites and datums.
<br />Drainaqe area.--29,450 s,g mi, approximately (includes 2,'140 S4 mi in closed basin in San Luis valley,
<br />Colo.) .
<br />Averaqe discharqe.--65 years (1915-79), 975 ft3js (70C,,40U acre-ft per year).
