Total trout density (fable 6) and biomass (fable 1) are at or near a S-year low for all three <br />study sites. These data clearly indicate two things: 1) an adequate water supply is indispensable for <br />fish survival; and 2) the 20-70 cfs flow regime in place since March 1990 is inadequate on a year- <br />round basis. <br />
