The remaining <br />water is released to Rifle <br />Creek, replacing natural: I ; : II <br />flows previously used on V <br />downstream lands. <br /> <br />'This stor.ge has allowed an <br />increaSe in divomaRs of East <br />Rifle Creek flows into the <br />Grass Valley Canal. Some of <br />the Grass Valley Canal water <br />is used for irrigation in Dry <br />Elk Valley.
