Public Input <br /> <br />Public involvement was important to Reclamation in <br />determining which resources were of particular concern in <br />the Test area. Reclamation involved various publics in <br />planning and conducting the Test Cooperators included <br />Federal. State. and local governmental agencies. American <br />Indian (Indian) Tribes and Nations. nonprofit organiza. <br />tions. area businesses. \\'3ter users. and recreationists. <br />Reclamation representatives attended meetings of various <br />organizations and held two public meetings on the Test on <br />April 4, 2001. in Farmington, New ~lexico, and April 5. in <br />Bluff. Utah. In total. aboul 65 people anended. Thirty-five <br />written comments also \\'cre submitted to Reclamation. <br /> <br />Concerns cited and addressed during the Test included: <br /> <br />* \Vater quality degradation <br /> <br />* Difficulty diverting water <br /> <br /> <br />Anglers below Novoio Dam <br />during the Test. <br /> <br />Summer Low Flow Test Report.
