' . ' , , :". <br /> <br />We feel that jt is iinportant that you, the citizens <br />, of San Juan County, are fully informed that the "city <br />, of Santa Fe had no knowledge of this project, 'until <br />the March 28 advertisement appeared in the Farm" <br />ington Daily Times. Mayor Pick's photograph wRsre-' <br />leased to the Save Our San Juan Water Committee <br />by the city of Santa Fe's Public Information Office <br />as a courtesy to a request for a photograph, but the <br />city of Santa 1<'e did not give Save Our San Juan <br />Water Committee permission, authority, or under.' <br />standing to use Mayor Pick's' photograph in such a <br />manner and, in,deed, had no knowledge that his photo~ <br />graph woUld be, portrayed in such a fashion. <br /> <br />The city of Santa Fe sincerely regrets any inconve- <br />nience, confusion or misunderstanding that the <br />advertisement has caused for citizens of San Juan <br />County regarding the Animas-La Plata Project. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />.9i'M!fUVUJ !lJf~td/'l.N' <br /> <br />Suzanne Huebner <br />City Manager <br />
