Lyon Canal, <br /> <br />d) Ft Lyon Water User Survey - as appropriate or necessary, a survey of <br />Ft, Lyon water users or others in the service area might be conducted <br />to assess various factors related to water transfers. . <br /> <br />Description and Evaluation of Alternatives <br /> <br />The following alternatives and others, which may be developed by the <br />consultant in cooperation with the CWCB staff, should be described and <br />screened against a baseline to be established in general detail sufficient to <br />determine whether they represent a viable alternative to traditional transfer <br />methods, <br /> <br />a) Evaluation shall include: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Whether and how the alternative can be structured to provide an <br />improved method(s) of using water available to the Ft.
