It provides the following
adjustments in the salinity control plan found in Report on the 1990 Review,
Water Quality Standards for Salinity, Colorado River System, May 1990:

1. Removes Bureau of Land Management projects from the repayment
analysis.

2. Analyzes the transfer of $10 million from the Lower Colorado
River Basin Development Fund.

3. Makes various changes in costs.

4. Modifies implementation schedules to reflect delays in projects.

5. Indicates salt removal accomplishments through 1991.

Notwithstanding these adjustments, the salinity control plan in the 1990
Review is the officially adopted plan.

Sincerely,

5,0. ~

S.W.
