<br />Arizona Game and Fish Department <br />Draft EA: Kanab Ambersnail <br /> <br />June 1998 <br />Page 24 <br /> <br />CHAPTER 5: PREPARERS AND BmLlOGRAPHIES <br /> <br />JEFF A, SORENSEN, Wildlife Specialist, Nongame Branch, Arizona Game and Fish Department. <br />Jeff participated in interagency monitoring of the Vaseys Paradise population (March 1996-0ctober <br />1997), and conducted field habitat surveys/evaluation criteria for establishment sites (June 1996- <br />'present), Jeffhas a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Northern Arizona University, and has <br />worked for the Department for over seven years on various fisheries and ecosystem projects, <br />Between 1990-1992, Jeffconducted water quality and primary production studies in the Lee's Feny <br />reach of Glen Canyon, <br /> <br />DENNlS M. KUBLY, Support Supervisor, Nongame Branch, Arizona Game and Fish Department. <br />Dennis participated in interagency monitoring of the Vaseys Paradise population (September 1994- <br />April 1996), and is the project coordinator for the Department's KAS establishment efforts (June <br />1996-present), Dennis has a Masters of Arts degree in biology from Mankato State University, and <br />has worked for the Department for over thirteen years on various research and nongame wildlife <br />projects, Dennis conducted invertebrate and limnologic studies of Grand Canyon springs and <br />tributaries in the mid-1970s, and served as the Department's Glen Canyon Environmental Studies <br />Project Statistician (phase 1) and Program Manager (phase 2) <br /> <br />W MICHAEL MALLETT, Wildlife Specialist, Nongame Branch, Arizona Game and Fish <br />Department. Mike began working on Kanab Ambersnail recovery objectives in April 1998 and has <br />conducted habitat surveys for potential establishment sites, Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree <br />in Biology from Arizona State University and a Master of Science degree in Zoology from Oklahoma <br />State University, Mike conducted studies on nutrient dynamics of midwestern stream ecosystems, <br />
