ALTERNATIVE SITES CONSIDERED <br /> <br />The IS potential establishment sites were divided into 5 sets, from most to least preferred, and these <br />sets are are listed in order of preference based on biological and environmental conditions and <br />perceived management concerns, River miles are expressed as miles downstream of Lee's Ferry <br />(Coconino County, Arizona), and located on either river right (RR) or left (RL), <br /> <br />Specific release areas (patches of primary vegetation away from common trails and campsites) at each <br />site have been identified and UTM goo-referenced, Release areas at all proposed KAS establishment <br />
