ACTIVITIES Fiscal Branch maintains all the auditable financial records for the Depart- ment utilizing the Controller's Central Accounting System. The Branch maintains no records which duplicate the Central System. The activity of this branc~fal1s into the broad functional areas of: voucher processing, general ledger maintenance, agency budget ledger maintenance, revenue record- ing, and asset or property accountability. ADP Branch, with the exception of the Water Data Bank and the Wildlife Inventory System, provides or coordinates all the Department's ADP activity. The Branch provides all systems analysis support, all programming support and all the more critical keypunching. The major share of computer support is provided by Central ADP's machine through remote job entry terminals. Personnel Branch is responsible for the administrative support for the Department's entire work force. This includes the maintenance of all personnel actions, testing, classificationmd the providing of employee counseling as well as the advising of management through correspondence, telephone, as well as face-co-face interviews. Almost identical service through the same media is provided the general public as to potential employ- ment with the Department. IV.
