<br />'Ibtal Cblorado River waters reaching Mexi=. It is the sum of: 1) Colorado River water rreasured
<br />at the northerly inte:rnational boundary, 2) drainage waters rreasured at the southerly inte:rna-
<br />tional boundary near San Luis, Arizona, and 3) Wellton-M::>hawk drainage waters rreasured at the
<br />southerly inte:rnational boundary. It is the sum of Cblumns (1) + (5).
<br />(3). Arizona's Wellton-M::>hawk District drainage water. This water is descharged to the Santa Clara
<br />slough in Mexi= via a concrete lined canal.
<br />(4). Excess arr-ivals other than Wellton-M::>hawk drainage. It is the sum of: 1) a delivery of about
<br />5, 000 a. f. per year to ensure that Mexico receives what is scheduled, 2) releases frcm Parker
<br />Dam which are not used clue to unexpected rainfall in the Palo Verde, Cbachella, Imperial, and
<br />Yurra areas, 3) =ntrolled flood releases on the Gila and Cblorado River, and 4) local runoff.
