An examination of the figures given in the above
table and a comparison of the same with the figures of the

table under the heading "Water Exported From Middle Park
Subbasi.n" shows that since the year 1950 the runof~ of the
Colorado River above Granby, the runoff of Willow Creek and
to some extent the runoff of the Fraser River have been de-
pleted by export diversions. The average historic runof~ of
