SAMPLING AND A."lALYSIS TECHNIQUES <br /> <br />Dissolved oxygen, temperature, hardness, alkalinity, PH, and specific <br />conductance were analyzed in the field by Jack Troyer and Bob Rossman. <br />Bacteria samples were collected .and analyzed in the lab by Bob <br />Rossman within 6 hours of collection.
