If this were to happen, municipal and industrial <br /> <br /> <br />water would not be available to develop the huge deposits of <br /> <br />carbon fuels in the area. This would be a reyersal to the economic <br /> <br />deyelopment of the Nation. <br /> <br /> <br />The Northwest Colorado Water Council and Conservancy Districts of <br /> <br /> <br />Northwest Colorado would urge that the National Water Resource <br /> <br />Council would reconsider standards and criteria pertaining to water <br /> <br />development and more particularly the discount interest rate.
