The trail will begin in Penitente Canyon, loop through analysis in <br />LOOP TRAIL Witches Canyon, and terminate back in Penitente Canyon. The majority progress. <br /> of this trail (85%) has already been established by hikers and climbers <br /> visiting the Penitente Canyon Special Recreation Management Area. <br /> The project wil consist of widening portions of existing trail, installing <br /> waterbars, placing rock cairns in needed locations, removing small <br /> amounts of brush and grass, and installing small directional signs in key <br /> locations.
