<br />flaws. No doubt,. there ,are many. ~o be

<br />· Yet when examimed, closely, almost
<br />.anjthing - even a beautiful, stained.

<br />the case of.the Recovery Program, I
<br />fear that some, can nolonger see the,
<br />beauty of this mosaic "windovt" but.
