Lakewood in Case No, 79CW368, and/or non-trib ground water stored in Belmar Lake and
released to Weir Gulch, tributary to the S, Platte River, pursuant to decrees in Case Nos.
82CW369 and 82CW397.
Bear Creek replacement water is delivered pursuant to a lease with Bear Creek Development
Corp. providing for delivery of 83 af of consumable water.
1990 appropriation water diverted or in storage that is released to Bear Creek for meeting
return flow obligations,
Bear Lake storage water delivered pursuant to Lakewood's junior water storage right, that is
the subject of a pending application in Case No. 83CW314.
