Please see
attached map for a graphical representation of the ISF water rights and the National Forests
boundaries.

Instream Flow Water Rieht Appropriations
The CWCB's ISF water right appropriations identified in this analysis were included if they
are located within the boundary delineated in the White River National Forest Proposed
Revised Land and Resource Management Plan. The White River National Forest revised
plan includes five major drainages: the Blue River, the Roaring Fork River, the Eagle River,
the White River and the Colorado River, A tabulation of these ISF water rights is found in
Table I. These are organized by watershed and include the case nwnber, stream name,
amount of flow, county(ies) and length in miles, It should be noted that the streams listed
under Table I are located either entirely or partially within the management plan boundaries.
The segments partially located in the management boundaries have been identified in Table
\. Below is a sununary of the CWCB ISF water right appropriations within the boundaries
of the management boundaries.

Summary of CWeB's Instream Flow Water Right Appropriations within the White
River National Forest Management Boundaries

Watershed Blue Eagle Roaring Fork White Colorado Total
River Ri ver River River Ri ver
Total 216 302 321 79 251 1169
Stream Stream
Miles Miles
Tota! 51 61 52 14 37 215
Nwnber of Stream
Stream Segments
Segments

Natural Lake Level Appropriations
The CWCB currently holds natural lake level (NLL) water rights for 486 natural lakes in the
state; 138 of these natural lakes are located within the management boundaries. A
tabulation of these NLL water rights is found in Table 2. These are organized by watershed
and include the case nwnber, lake name, watershed, county and estimated capacity (acre-
feet). Below is a summary of the NLL water right appropriations within the boundaries of
the management boundaries.
