Also, over 58 percent of this occurs during the three snow- <br />melt months of Eay, June and July. Fifteen percent of the remaining <br />21 percent is runoff which originates in the Upper Division below <br />the junction of the South Fork. Only 6 percent of the basin run- <br />off originates on the watershed of the Lower Division.
