Chapl'lnn <br />The Secretary of the Interior <br />Washington 25, D. c. <br /> <br />"{}b <br /> <br />My dear Mr. Secretary: <br /> <br />It has come to the attention of the Arkansas hiver Compact Ad- <br />ministration that the Bureau of Heclamation has issued recently a <br />preliminary report on the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project and that the <br />final report is expected to be issued soon for review and comment <br />by the interested States. <br /> <br />In view of the provisions of the Hrkansas River Compact regard- <br />ing development of the Arkansas hiver basin, the Administration re- <br />spectfully requests thut it lHJ furnishcd a copy of the preliminary <br />report On the Fryingpan-J'rkansas Project [or its advance study and a <br />copy of the final report, when issued, for its review.
