The October 30, 1951 .special meeting of the Arkansas River Compact Ad- ministration was called to order in the Chamber of Commerce meeting room at La Junta, Colorado, at 10 o'clock by Chairman Kramer. The minutes of the July 24, 1951 meeting of the Administration were taken up for consideration. Representative Stone recommended that the minutes of the Special Committee, which met on July 23 to formulate Administration comments on the proposed Fryingpan-Arkansas Project, be included as an appendix to the Ad- ministration minutes of July 24. The Committee Report was ordered included as an appendix to the July 24 meeting with an explanatory paragraph appearing in the Administration minutes. With this amendment, the Administration minutes for July 24, 1951 were officially approved. General Kramer gave his report as Chairman of the Administration. He stated that, pursuant to the July 24 meeting, he had submitte= the Adminis- tration's comments on the proposed Fryingpan-Arkansas Project to the Secretary 1 !
