The agenda for the meeting is <br />included as Attachment A. <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 9:00 (MDT) by Mr. Frac/ <br />Cooley, Chairman and United SL,tes representative. <br />Administration members in attendance were: <br /> <br />For Kansas: <br /> <br />Carl E. Mr. McDonald advised that t~2re was a <br />change to the draft minutes. The correction was on page 8, <br />paragr2.ph 4. The concluding 3 words should read "any given <br />tiJTIe/1I rather thar~ "ar-:.y given year.ll An editorial change <br />recomQ2~ded by Mr. McDonald to Attachment E was the inclusi.8n of <br />the following title to the first sheet after the Operatlons <br />Comsittee Report: I'Report of the Colorado Division Enginee~1 <br />November 12, 1982.11 The minutes, with these tv..'O changes, \'le~'2 <br />a&proved and signed by Mr. Cooley. <br /> <br />'I"nere \-lere no corrections to the ~vlinutc:s of tni-~ Special <br />Meeting of March 25, 1983. These were also approved a~J siqned <br />by Mr. Cooley. <br /> <br />The next item was the disposition of the tape recordinqs <br />made of the Administration's meetings. After a general <br />discussion, it was concluded that the official records of ~~e <br />meetings are the I,-lritten minutes as approved by the i\c1minis':"~ra- <br />tion.
