Reservoir evaporation is determined by the model at the end of each

month and subtracted from ending reservoir contents. The model prevents

reservoir contents from becoming negative by anticipating the amount of

evaporation which would occur should the reservoir be emptied in any

month. This quantity of water is reserved for evaporation in each month.
