<br />33 endangered fish- by modifying the operation decision criteria of the dam to provide sufficient <br />34 releases of water at times, quantities, and durations necessary to protect endangered fish and their <br />35 designated critical habitat while meeting the authorized purposes of the Navajo Unit and <br />36 enabling future water development to proceed in compliance with federal and state laws, <br />37 interstate compacts, court decrees, and Indian trust responsibilities.
