Water provided annually to Blanca WHA will be composed of 800 acre-feet <br />from the project conveyance channel and 307 acre-feet of adjudicated water right <br />from the W. 1/2 sec. 4, T. 38 N., R. 12 E. The total amount of water that will <br />be annually removed for mitigation from the conveyance channel will be <br />5,300 acre-feet. The remaining 1,107 acre-feet of water annually required for <br />mitigation will be obtained from land purchases along with appurtenant water <br />rights.
