<br />(;:/1 <br />..J <br />~iJ The water provided annually to Alamosa NWR will consist of 4,500 acre-feet from <br />~.~ the project conveyance channel plus 800 acre-feet of water right transferred . <br />:.i from the adjudicated water rights on the Emperious Estate lands (see section III-G <br />(i~ below). Water provided annually to Blanca WHA will be composed of 800 acre-feet <br />from the project conveyance channel and 307 acre-feet of adjudicated water right <br />from the W. 1/2 sec. 4, T. 38 N., R. 12 E. The total amount of water that will <br />be annually removed for mitigation from the conveyance channel will be <br />5,300 acre-feet. The remaining 1,107 acre-feet of water annually required for <br />mitigation will be obtained from land purchases along with appurtenant water <br />rights.
