An election be held at which the qualified voters
of the District authorize the District to enter
into a Salinity Control Contract.

The following actions should be taken in order for the Mesa

County Irrigation District to serve as a Contracting District:

1. The Proposed Amendments be enacted into law.

2. Remedial Amendment B be enacted into law

3. An election be held pursuant to Remedial Amendment B, as
therein provided, at ,,,hich the voters of the District
ratify its existence.

4.
