However, it is a <br />,.., <br />distinct possibility that either Representative Gillis or Senator Rizzulto <br />v <br />may bring forward a proposal to appropriate Parks money--perhaps <br /> <br />I <br />Q{ U,i',C.. <br />j <br /> <br />$50,000--to use as "good faith" money so that leasing negotiations can go <br />forward while the authority seeks other funding sources. <br />The position of the Division of Parks has always been that we have <br />no doubt that we need more state-run recreation opportunities in the <br />southeastern quadrant of the state, although questions do arise as to <br />whether it should be the Plains Reservoirs or John Martin Reservoir. We <br /> <br />will continue to work with groups in the region to arrive at the best <br /> <br /> <br />decision on the location and management of the site. <br />
