Subsequent decisions <br />will be made regarding implementation approach and f ow up on additional implementation in <br />subwatersheds, <br /> <br />Consideration for 303(d) Delisting: The watersl d will he evaluated for delisting under Section 3OJ(d). <br />based on the monitoring data over the peliod:2 5-:2009, Therefore, the decision for delisting will come <br />about in the preparation of the 2010 303(d) Ii ,Should modifications be made to applicable cliterion <br />during the ten year implementation peliod, onsideration for delisting, desired endpoints of this TMDL and <br />implementation activities may be adjuste accordingly. <br /> <br />At this phase of the TMDL, assessm t for dclisting will evaluate if the perccnt of samples over the <br />applicable pH critetion is less that 0% for samples taken over the monitoring period of 2001-2005, This <br />asscssment defines full suppon the designated use under water quality standards as measured and <br />determined by current Kansas ater Quality Assessment protocols, These assessment protocols are similar <br />to those used to cite the stre' segments in this watershed as impaired on thc Kansas 1998 Section 303d <br />list.
