<br />. <br /> <br />er;~ 069 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Limitation of Analysis <br /> <br /> <br />Almost all of the historic streamflow data for McElmo Creek reflects <br /> <br /> <br />return flows from transbasin diversions into the McElmo watershed from the <br /> <br /> <br />Dolores River. The estimates of virgin streamflow as described herein are <br /> <br /> <br />based on the use of precipitation records and streamflow observations for other <br /> <br /> <br />drainage basins.
