Water savings under the preferred plan could <br /> <br />total at least 12,000 acre-feet per year, but it is not known whether this water <br /> <br /> <br />would be used to irrigate more land or applied to existing irrigated land in the <br /> <br /> <br />Montezuma Valley area.
