Fistt and Wildlife Service Salt Lake City, Utah I ,I Subject: Dallas Creek Project, Colorado (BR) This is a Fish and Wildlife Service advance planning aid memorandum dealing with fish and wildlife~e50urces in relation to the subject project. It has been prepared in accordance with the 'Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act (48 Stat. 401, as amended; U.S.C. 661 et. seq.) and the National Environmental Policy Act (42 U.S.C., 7321 et. 5eq.) and is intended to update our analysis of project impacts on fish, wildlife, and environmental resources. It is also intended to provide your agency with current information for use in developing a Definite Plan Report on this project. The information contained in this memorandum has been developed in cooperation with the Colorado Division of Wildlife. . '. Prior reports were prepared by the Fish and Wildlife Service dated December 30, 1964; February 8, 1966; and July 27, 1966. This memorandum supersedes information contained in those prior reports. Our fish and wildlife evaluation is based upon very limited resource information, and on project information provided by a Bureau of Reclamation memorandum of October 17, 1975. The completion of the environmental inventory of the Uncompahgre Valley conducted by Colorado Division of Wildlife and funded by the Bureau of Reclamation, will provide a more substantial level of baseline information.
