<br />On April 8., 1958, '.the Board of DirectorR, by ReRolution 5170
<br />established the rates for the price of water to become effective on
<br />Ju]y 1, 1958, namely: $25,00 and $22,00 per acre-foot, respectively,
<br />for softened water for domestic use and for agricultural use or re-
<br />p]enishment of underground water basins, and $15,00 and $12,00
<br />!Jer acre-foot, respectively, for ul1softened water for domestic use
<br />"nd agricu]tural or replenishment use, Then on March 8, 1960, the
<br />Board of Directors, by Resolution 5645 amended Resolution 5170
<br />"nd revised the rates for the next four years, as follows: Effective
<br />July 1, 1960, the rates for softened water became $23,00 and $20.00
<br />per acre-foot, respectively, for domestic use and for agricultural
<br />and/or replenishment use and unsoftened water rateil remained
<br />~15,00 and $12.00 per acre-foot, respectively, for domestic use and
<br />for agricultural and/or replenishment use, Then on January 1,1961,
<br />the following rates became effective: $25,01) and $21),75 an acre-foot,
<br />respectively, for softened water and $17,00 and $12,75 an acre-foot.
<br />respectively, for unsoftened water, The amended rates will become
<br />effective as follows: On January 1, 1962, the rates for softened wa-
<br />ter will be $27,00 and $21.50 an acre-foot, respectively, and for
<br />unsoftened water will be $19,00 anel $13,50 an acre-foot. Then on
<br />January 1, 1963. the rates will change to $29,00 anel $22,25 an acre-
<br />foot for softened water and to $21.00 and $14,25 an acre-foot for
<br />unsoftened water, These rates and previous rates are shown in
<br />Table 19,
