Pitts) <br /> <br />1.0 Endangered Species Act Compliance. <br /> <br />The principal goals of the San Juan River Basin Recovery Implementation Program <br />are to recover the endangered razorback sucker and Colorado squawfish as <br />mandated by the Endangered Species Act (ESA); to facilitate development of water <br />apportioned under the Colorado River compact in compliance w:\th applicable and <br />appropriate federal, state and tribal laws; and to provide for the Secretary of the <br />Interior to meet the United States' trust responsibilities to the tribes. <br /> <br />2.0 Indian Trust Responsibilities.
