The project, its operation. maintenance, and use shaH be subject to the <br />provisions of the upper Colorado River B&'lin compact of October 11, 1948 <br />.(Public Law 37, 81st Cong., 1 sess.), the Colorado River comp~ct of No'\'f~mber 24, <br />1922 (H. Doe, 605, 67th Cong., 4th !'less.), and the Boulder Canyon Project Act <br />of December 21, 1928 (45 Stat. 1057-1064).
