<br />N <br />..c:a. <br />o <br />(0 <br /> <br />Rural Clean Water Program provides for technical assistance <br />and cost-sharing for installing and maintaining best manage- <br /> <br />, <br />ment practices to control rural non-point sources of water <br />pollution, On-farm practices which would reduce salt contri- <br />bution from agricultural areas may be funded in part through <br />the Rural Clean Water Program, To the extent that such on- <br />farm practices are funded in the basin, they will become part <br />of the plan of implementation. <br />Regulations were promulgated by EPA and SCS with regard <br />to the program. No funds were appropriated for F.Y. 1979 to <br />carry out the program.
