Except for the ultimate recreation facilities, construction of all
. features is scheduled over a 9~}'ear lleriod, Storage in the Narrows
Reservoir would start about 9 months before completion of the dam as
shown on the Control Schedule, Form PF-2. Construction of the remaining
recreation facilities will be determined by the administering agency
primarily on an "as needed" basis and 'funds will be requested and
justified accordingly. The Sdledule reflects the interrelationship of
a number of factors including logical sequence of work, fund requirements,
and capability of the unit works to provide service and revenues from
. ~upplemental water deliveries at the earliest practical time.

Operation, Maintenance, and Replacement Costs

The ultimate annual OM&R expenses associated with the unit, based on
.January 1969 prices, total $313,400. Comparative estimates are shown
below:
