These rights <br /> <br />have been removed from the analysis and the Water Development Baseline was <br /> <br />subsequently developed. Thus, the Water Development Baseline for this study is defined <br /> <br />as EB/SS-I with the Two Bar Canal and Boone Lateral rights removed. <br /> <br />2.3. SUMMARY OF STUDY APPROACH <br /> <br />In order to assess the downstream impacts which might result from the development <br /> <br />of the subject water rights, it will be necessary to compare modeled post-development <br /> <br />flows at the mouth of the Little Snake River to Water Development Baseline flows. <br /> <br />Water Development Baseline flows near Lily, Colorado (1930-1982) are shown in T,lble <br /> <br />2. Development of the subject water rights will be modeled sequentially by priority to <br /> <br />determine the incremental impacts of each project. The modeling approach for the <br /> <br />subject water rights projects is described in Chapter 3.0 of this report. <br /> <br />18 <br />
