.

.

.

0102

Question 14:

IS THE BUREAU JUSTIFIED IN CLAIMING BENEFITS FDR RETURN FLOWS IN THE AMOUNT DF
24% OF THE PROJECT SUPPLY?

Answer 14:

This appears to be primarily a legal question. Recent Supreme Court decisions,
however, seem to indicate (from an engineering point of view) that return flow
credits may be allowed. With regard to the 24% claim, we have not conducted
independent studies to either support or refute this percentage, but have no
reason to question its reliability.

References:

I.
