<br />..: ~~ c .~ <br />i -S \J"-=. <br /> <br />Ir..troduction <br /> <br />The following transcripts are interviews with people <br />who have had an active interest and/or knowledge of the history <br />of the Fryingpan-Arkansas Project. <br />These people interviewed were selected by the Histor- <br />ical Committee of the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservancy <br />District for their expertise in their fields and knowledge of <br /> <br />past events and also so as to give the topic as wide a range <br /> <br /> <br />of views as possible. The number of people interviewed was lim- <br /> <br /> <br />ited by the Histcrical Committee in the interest of saving time, <br /> <br /> <br />money, and limiti.ng the repetition of material. <br /> <br /> <br />These trEnscripts are arranged alphabetically and the <br /> <br /> <br />following page ill a Table of Contents which lists the person <br /> <br /> <br />interviewed and 1,;he pages upon which his interview is recorded. <br /> <br /> <br />Hs. DuVold Burris conducted all interviews with the <br /> <br /> <br />exception of two people.
