Approval of Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of the 80-3 had been mailed, however, many of the <br /> <br /> <br />members had not yet received them, therefore, approval was <br /> <br />'postponed until.the 81-2 meeting. <br /> <br />4. Executive Subcommittee Report and Recommendations <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Barry Saunders, Chairman of the Executive Subcommittee made <br /> <br /> <br />the report. <br /> <br />Mr. L. Douglas James of the Consortium of Water Institutes <br /> <br /> <br />and Centers had requested that contact person from Pacific <br /> <br /> <br />Southwest Inter-Agency Committee be assigned to the six new <br /> <br /> <br />studies that the Consortium plan to undertake. The studies <br /> <br /> <br />and'contact person are included in the Executive Subcommittee <br /> <br />Report which is attached. <br /> <br /> <br />The Executive Subcommittee requested each member inventory their <br /> <br />files and libraries to determine the PSIAC publications are <br /> <br /> <br />available and the number of copies of each and report to the <br /> <br />. s.ubcommittee. Mr. Saunders stated that he would compile the <br /> <br /> <br />inventory and make it available to the Committee. <br /> <br />A copy of the Executive Subcommittee minutes is attached. <br /> <br />5. Mr. Wesley Steiner, Director oJ the Arizona Department <br />of Water Resources discussed the state's groundwater manage- <br /> <br />ment act.
