<br />APPROVAL OF MlNUTES:

<br />President Nichols declared a quorum present, and opened the meeting by asking if there
<br />were any corrections or alterations to the minutes of the February IS, 1968 meeting as
<br />distributed. General Manager Thomson advised that on page one, the name "Charles
<br />J. Beise" should be added to "District Officials Present" and on page five, "District 12"
<br />should be changed to "District 14". President Nichols asked if there were any other
<br />corrections or alterations, and hearing none. Hutchinson moved, seconded by Wagner,
<br />that the minutes be approved as co'rrected. Motion unanimously carried.

<br />In the absence of Treasurer Shoun who was unable to attend the early part of the meetlng,
<br />Gensral Manager Thomson read the financial statement for the period of February IS,
<br />1968 to March 21, 1966. McCurdy moved, seconded by Christy. that the Treasurer's
<br />Report be approved as read, Molion unanimously carried. General Manager Thomson'
<br />reported that an additional $60,000 in Treasury Bills was ordered on March 18.
