It <br />houses a vertical axis turbine generator and electrical switchgear and <br />controls. <br /> <br />Maintenance and servlcmg of the equipment in the powerhouse is <br />facilitated by a newly refurbished overhead traveling bridge crane. The <br />electrified crane has a capacity of 15 tons. <br /> <br />A draft tube bulkhead gate approximately 12-feet wide by 4-feet high is <br />stored in a gate slot above the opening. The gate hoist is manually <br />operated. <br /> <br />13 <br />
