Questions which cannot be answered by depart- <br />mental representatives at the forums will be answered in writing by <br />November 18, 1975. A transcript of each forum will be made and copies <br />can be made available upon written request and payment of the cost. <br /> <br />Public Comment Forum. On Thursday and Friday, December 4 and 5, 1975, a <br />public comment forum will be held at: <br /> <br />Salt Palace <br />100 South West Temple <br />Salt Lake City, Utah <br /> <br />At the public comment. forum, interested persons may submit written <br />comments or make oral presentations of their views and comments. Depart- <br />mental representatives will be present and may ask questions of the <br />witnesses. Persons interested in speaking should submit a written <br />request to the Regicnal Director by Monday, December 1, 1975, so that a <br />witness list can be developed.
